Refund and Cancellation Policy
If a customer wishes to cancel their order they must contact us within 12 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order please send an email to Mandarin Matrix at judy@ppp.com.hk
If the email is received within the 12 hour period a refund will be issued within 30 days of the email being sent. The refund amount will be the payment amount minus a cancellation fee as follows:
Payment in Hong Kong Dollars
- HK$120 charge back admin fee
Payment in United States Dollars
- US$15.5 charge back admin fee
If the email is not received within the 12 hour period a refund will not be issued.
